Head of Organisational Development, Housing AssociationĪrtis were commissioned with sourcing a Business Support Manager at the end of January 2008. Post appointment Mark was keen to know if we were satisfied. All the candidates met the criteria, 2 were exceptional and we secured someone to join us in a tight timescale. Mark kept us informed throughout the process. Within a short period, as promised, we were given the details of 6 candidates. He understood we were committed to involving residents/tenants in our selection process and was keen to brief candidates. He added to our understanding of the job and we reached a clear and shared understanding of what a good outcome would look like. Mark was keen to understand our business need, our priorities and to get a sense of the weighting we would place on the different aspects of the job. After an interview with Mark Lightburn we decided to commission their services to find us a Head of Customer First.
